Behind Aitivo is a family-founded team connected by a drive to act, a fascination with technology, and the need to create socially useful solutions. We draw on experience from many fields, numerous implementations, and our own products, such as Prawigo and Atomoshi. We see AI as an opportunity for a better quality of life and faster development, but also as an area that requires responsible deployment.

Maja Bielska

Strategist and product expert. At Aitivo she leads company strategy, AI deployments across education and business, and relationships with institutional clients.

She combines product thinking with operational experience — she knows the day-to-day of the companies whose processes she designs. She runs AI engagements from strategy to production, keeping the client's business goals in focus.

She practises vibe coding — building prototypes, internal tools, and test scenarios alongside AI agents. The distance between an idea and a working solution shrinks from weeks to hours.

AI systems architect and engineer with 15+ years in tech and creative — from Hollywood-grade production to fintech startups.

Recipient of the prestigious APEX Award — Gold, Content of the Year 2017. As CTO of Cyber Live LLC he built a next-generation streaming platform and a cloud-based live video production system from scratch. Earlier, as CG Supervisor at Alvernia Studios, he oversaw VFX production pipelines for films and commercials.

At Aitivo he owns the architecture of all AI systems, the Atomoshi platform, and Agentic AI deployments for clients. He specialises in Context Engineering, AI Agents Engineering, and data engineering — building end-to-end AI pipelines, from generative models and autonomous agents to production-ready systems at scale.

He has delivered work for major brands and institutions: Google (Google Developer Days Europe), NFL — Super Bowl 51 (water projection on the Marriott Hotel in Houston), COVRA — the nuclear power plant in the Netherlands, and EU institutions. He built exhibition installations for the Polish Song Museum in Opole, the Polish Army Museum, and the Museum of Fortifications and Weapons. His credits include 20-metre LED screen productions, VR/AR systems, and robotic 3D video projection mapping.
